2. Does the price on the frame include the lenses?
The frame price includes your standard prescription lenses (refractive index=1.50) with Satin anti-reflective coating. However, you can always upgrade your lens selection. Ask your optometrist or dispenser to advise on the most suitable lens type for your prescription.

At PurpleOptics.com we take counterfeiting seriously. All of our products are guaranteed to be authentic. All our items are 100% authentic and come directly from the manufacturer or from an authorized wholesaler / dealer. Prior to shipping we inspect each shipment to confirm its authenticity. PurpleOptics.com offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. For more details, see payments.

2. Are products purchased online covered by warranty?
Based on the product purchased, there is an associated warranty period, ranging upto 3 years. All products with warranty, will be issued with a Warranty Card. Warranty does not cover wear and tear on Frame And/or frame parts. Nor does the Warranty cover worn, scratched and/or prescription lenses. In case of defects, customer should contact our customer service or visit any of the PurpleOptics.com retail outlets. All products are covered by free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with please do not accept it. All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
